CC-3-10 Tig Cable Cover Nylon with zipper closure 3" wide x 10' lengthFlexible Nylon Cable CoverThe 3" (76.2 mm) wide cable cover is the most popular for TIG torch models:9, 17, 20, 24, 25 and CK-MR140, CK-200, CK-300, CK-TL300, WP-125, WP-18, WP-20, WP-24W, CS310, CS410, W-180, W-200, W-225, W-250, W-280, W-310 etc. and allows room for a fingertip amperage control, or on/off switch. Cable cover length 10' (for 12.5') - 22' (for 25') - 48' (for 50') leads, is a couple feet shorter than the torch leads for easy connection to the machine and water cooler. Constructed of Highly Flexible Ballistic Nylon Material with Shielded Zipper. Double Stitched Construction and quality workmanship insures long life with double stitching of the closure. Both ends of the cover are fused to resist fraying and tie-straps are provided to secure the cover to the torch leads and handle. Non-conductive High-Quality Zipper that runs the full length of the cover allows installation of the cover without removing the torch from the welding machine. The non-conductive zipper will not conduct "HF" (High-frequency current common on TIG machines) and is protected from hot metal contact by the overlap flap construction. Cable covers are recommended for water cooled TIG torches. They protect the hose leads and keep them from getting tangled and kinked, which can limit the coolant and gas flow. For air cooled TIG torches, cable covers are recommended to bundle and protect a control cable for a fingertip amperage control and/or on/off switch, and in harsh environments where the power cable can get cut, punctured, or burned.
