NOTE: If you receive the following message on the checkout page, "The total weight of your order exceeds the allowable weight for UPS & Fed Ex. Call 847-962-6289 for shipping rates." it is due to your order exceeding the UPS / FedEx shipping weight. Please call us at 847-962-6289 to process your order.
We ship via our UPS, FedEx or Freight accounts, whichever is most cost effective.

ALL SHIPPING IS BASED ON COMMERCIAL DELIVERY ADDRESSES. RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES. We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped via air. All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, the Zip code, and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most products we offer ship the following business day to allow for processing. Actual shipping dates depend on stock at the time of ordering and any uncontrollable conditions.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight / dimension based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
