The CK Cold Wire TIG Torch Outfit machine mounted CK TIG torch with the built in added capacity of delivering a filler wire directly to the weld puddle.
The torch outfit includes torch, power cable, feed cable, wire guide and wire guide bracket. The feed cable is fitted with a replaceable, low-friction cable liner. Various torch configurations are available.
All models use standard CK collets, collet bodies and gas cups. When these torches are used in conjunction with the WF-5 wire feeder, complete automatic feeding of the file wire is possible.
A separate remote switch (CWMES) is required for complete installation. Standard feed cable length: 8 ft. (2.4m) for soft wire, and 10 ft. (3m) for hard wire.
This torch uses series 3 consumables:
CWM3512 Cold Wire Feed Tig torch, 400 amp water cooled, machine torch with 12' Tri-Flex hoses for use with CK Worldwide cold wire feeders.
