Semi-Automatic Cleaning Station Robotic

Trims Wire, Reams Spatter, Sprays Anti-Spatter  
The BRG2000 DEB X semi-automatic nozzle reamer cleaning station is compatible with all
standard, single wire Robotic Mig welding torches and includes a powerful reamer motor and
an external anti spatter spray chamber to cleanly dispense a measured dose of
anti spatter solution to the contact tip and the inside and outside of the gas shield nozzle.
We offer a wide range of cutting blades to suite the needs of any nozzle / contact tip combination.
 
Each system includes:
1 ea. Reamer Blade per Customer specs.
2 ea. Connection Cable w/Plugs 10m (33')

Characteristics

  • Automatic, electro-pneumatic program sequence
  • Cleans the gas nozzle and sprays anti-spatter fluid in two positions
  • Sprays anti-spatter fluid via robot output in external, sealed position
  • No anti-spatter fluid in the vicinity of the robot cell thanks to encapsulated spraying
  • Adjustable gas nozzle fixing piece for different gas nozzle diameters
  • Station also available as Profinet or Profibus version
