Welding Wire Cutter - Pneumatic wire cutter designed to trim cut welding wire at the nozzle of the Robotic Mig weld gun. Clean cut wire help ensure arc starts. Cuts wire sizes up to 1/16" (.062", 1.6mm) diamater. The welding wire cutter may be activated by Robot signal or torch movement. This welding wire cutter may be used as a stand alone item or it can be mounted directly on the Sentry Torch Gusrd cleaning station.
Welding Wire Cutter - Pneumatic wire cutter device designed to trim cut welding wire to a desired length. A programmed path brings the welding wire into the cutter jaw. Using a robot output signal or triggered by torch movement, the pneumatic device will shear the welding wire leaving a clean cut edge at the programmed stick-out length. A specific lenght of wire is used for touch sensing on the robot system. Required air pressure of 80-140 psi. Pneumatic wire cutter cuts welding wire sizes up to 1/16" (.062", 1.6mm) diameter.
