Long life reamer blades along with powerful pneumatic motor provide fast and efficient cleaning. Adjustable feed rate provides optimal cleaning results. Adjustable V-Block allows for all nozzle sizes. One move of the Robot torch completes a full cleaning cycle in less than 6 seconds.
Each system Includes: One Reamer blade per your specification, spatter catch pan, anti-spatter fluid reservoir and control connector plug. The system is compatible with all Robotic systems and all brands of welding torches. Sinking or sourcing control setup. No PC boards to fail - DOES NOT require special "V" blocks for various nozzles, direct drive reamer - no drive belts to fail. Small footprint allows for installation in confined spaces. Minimal Robot programming required. Requires 24vdc and 90-125 psi. Shop air, single air line connection. Available options include: 30" Floor Stand, Wire Cutter and FRL Air Control Center.
